Accessibility

We assess tools partly on their accessibility, so this site is held to the same standard we ask of them. We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA conformance: colour is never the only carrier of meaning (band colours are paired with words or percentages), the board's rows and controls can be operated by keyboard, images and charts carry text alternatives, and text meets AA contrast levels on every page we have tested.

A statement like this only counts if it is tested. On 02-09-2026 we did two things: a read of the site's own code covering the board, the navigation and the public information pages, and automated accessibility tests in a browser on four pages, the board, a tool page, the contact form and My board. Between them they found problems across colour contrast, keyboard focus and screen-reader labelling, and every one of those has been fixed and is live. What is still outstanding is listed below, because that is what we expect of the tools we assess:

Automated tests only catch part of what matters, so they do not replace a person trying the site. A manual keyboard and zoom walk-through was last done on 13-08-2026, before this round of fixes, and is due again. The four pages above are also not the whole site: the sign-in pages and the provider area have had neither a test nor a review. We list issues here as we find them and remove them as they are fixed.

If any part of this site does not work for you, that is a fault we want to fix. Email victoria@genedlabs.ai and we will respond promptly.

Prepared at launch, reviewed when the site changes materially, and updated after each test.
