Legal, independence and corrections

These ratings are GenEd Labs' independent, evidence-based opinion of what each tool publicly documents on the date shown. A low score means something is not publicly documented, not that the provider does not do it privately.

Product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the tools. Ratings are published in the public interest and are not legal advice.

Corrections and removal

We assess what providers publish. We do not remove a tool because a provider asks us to.

If something we have published is inaccurate, tell us and show us where. We will check it, correct it, and record what changed and when.

We remove content only where it cannot be corrected, where it identifies a private individual, or where it raises a safeguarding concern.

Providers can submit evidence and publish a right of reply through their provider portal. Claiming is free, and the portal is the fastest route: corrections go into the review queue with your public evidence attached, and a reply of up to 120 words is published word for word alongside the assessment.
