Who we are
ETTOL is published by GenEd Labs Ltd (Company No. 16163397). Contact: victoria@genedlabs.ai. Using this site means you accept these terms.
The board
The board is free to read. Ratings are evidence-based assessments of publicly documented practice at the date shown. They are our professional judgement, not statements of fact about what a company does privately, and not legal compliance findings. A low score means evidence was not publicly found. We take reasonable care, and we correct errors on the public record for free, but we cannot guarantee the site is always available or that every judgement will suit your purpose.
Accounts
Give accurate details when you create an account, keep your sign-in to yourself, and use the account personally. You can ask us to delete your account at any time and we will do so within 30 days. We may close an account used to abuse the service, attempt to bypass our review processes, or interfere with other users.
Provider content
If you claim a tool's profile and submit content (statements, links, resources, case studies, a reply): You confirm you are authorised to speak for the provider, and that what you submit is accurate, lawful, and yours to give us. You give GenEd Labs a non-exclusive licence to display it on ETTOL, always labelled as provider-supplied. Everything you submit is reviewed before publication. We may decline it, edit profile text before publishing (your original is retained), or unpublish it at any time. A right of reply is published in your own words, or in wording you have agreed with us, or not at all. We may suggest different wording; nothing appears until you have accepted it.
The firewall
Nothing a provider submits or pays for changes any rating. Paid features buy space to present your product, never influence over how it is assessed. Scores move only when the public evidence does.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we change them we will say so on this page with the date. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
